About the Company

Our client is a well-established Family Office based in Dubai, managing a complex portfolio across multiple jurisdictions. They are seeking an experienced FP&A & Accounting Senior Manager to build and own the financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting oversight framework from the ground up. This is a high-ownership, build-from-scratch role reporting directly to the CFO.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget process and produce monthly budget vs. actual reports with variance analysis and forward outlook
• Own the selection and implementation of the group ERP system (Sage Intacct, MS Dynamics or similar), including chart of accounts redesign and standardisation across all entities
