TDW is seeking a Senior Manager for Plant Operations and Site Leadership of our Nivelles, Belgium location. This position leads the site by ensuring a safe working environment, achieving operational metrics, and serving as a strategic leader for the local team and a key member of TDW’s global manufacturing leadership team.  

The Senior Manager, Plant Operations empowers a team through direct and indirect leadership within a matrix organization to put safety first and quality always while effectively leading the team with a collaborative and continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Leads Nivelles manufacturing plant to ensure facilities are operating in support of TDW objectives & policies and that products are delivered on time, at cost and per quality standards.
