Job Description
Job Responsibilities - Collaborate with D&T teams to define IT solution and service needs, and develop procurement strategies
- Lead ITQ / RFI / RFP processes, including vendor evaluation, selection, and award recommendations
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, review, negotiation, renewal, and compliance with service commitments
- Oversee administrative and financial aspects of vendor contracts, including penalties for non‑compliance
- Manage and oversee high‑value strategic partner contracts across IT helpdesk, software engineering, quality assurance services, cloud infrastructure, end‑user support, and application maintenance & support services, with annual contract portfolios valued at approximately $10–15 million across more than 20 vendors
- Establish, monitor, analyse, and report vendor performance metrics and KPIs against SLAs
