Job Responsibilities Procurement & Contract Management Collaborate with D&T teams to define IT solution and service needs, and develop procurement strategies Lead ITQ / RFI / RFP processes, including vendor evaluation, selection, and award recommendations Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, review, negotiation, renewal, and compliance with service commitments Oversee administrative and financial aspects of vendor contracts, including penalties for non-compliance Manage and oversee high-value strategic partner contracts across IT helpdesk, software engineering, quality assurance services, cloud infrastructure, end user support, and application maintenance & support services, with annual contract portfolios valued at approximately $10–15 million across more than 20 vendors.
