JOB SUMMARY
This role partners with business and discipline leaders across APEC to design, plan, and execute learning experiences that develop talent, strengthen brand capability, and improve hotel performance. The Senior Manager brings hotel operations experience together with strong learning designexpertise, ensuring learning solutions are practical, relevant, and executable in real hotel environments. This role requires excellent planning discipline, strong stakeholder management, meticulous follow-through, and high-quality PowerPoint design, with the ability to manage complex initiatives across markets. This is a hands-on role that combines design thinking, operational rigor, and enterprise influence.
