Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage Linux technical team. Stakeholder management. Continuous improvement in handling Linux operation( Incident/Service request/Change reuquest)Bring efficiency by means of automation and standardization. ( Ansible automation and truesight server automation)Good understanding of multilevel Technical support for diagnosing, reproducing and fixing Linux Hardware and O S issues/problems.Responsible for managing Server related Incidents/Service Requests and Change Requests within the defined SLA.Understanding in Linux administration and Troubleshooting, - Provide recommendations to improve and address/lead critical issues and root cause analysis.Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
