Job Description
- Support Management to create change in organisational culture to improve HSS performance
- Drive/ Support/ Implement safety programs
- Review and propose HSS related policies and procedures
- Review hazard identification and risk assessment relating to operational activities/ processes
- Share safety learnings
- Part of Audit Team to carry out safety audits/ assessments at global business units
- Review and support development of HSS technical standards
- Assist in organising safety related events/ activities/ campaigns
- Facilitate communications and support process improvements in engineering & operations
- Collate and analyse regional and global safety performance date for management reporting
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or HSS equivalent qualifications will be an advantage
