Reporting to Senior Vice President, Pricing, the successful candidate will support the Company's efforts to place aircraft or grow through new transactions. In particular, the appointee will be responsible for the following: Providing, or acting as an alternate provider for, all lease pricing analyses (e.g. Letter of Intent (LOI) and Term Sheet preparations) Supporting the leasing team with deal-specific analytics and pricing to support lease negotiations For used aircraft, running profit/loss and cash-flow analyses of lease prospects Working with internal and external stakeholders to conduct aircraft impairment testing, both on a regular and ad hoc basis Generating monthly dashboard reports with supporting insights on movements in the Company's portfolio profitability Preparing or acting as alternate for closing cash flows prior to any aircraft sales transaction Providing timely and accurate support for board papers and other approval papers for lease placement transactions Confirming...
