Job Description
This is the operator who makes the marketing stack run and brings AI into every workflow. You will own the day-to-day of HubSpot and Salesforce, the lifecycle and ABM execution layer, the reporting infrastructure, and the AI tooling that compresses the work the team does.
You inherit a working stack (HubSpot + Salesforce), a sales motion that does not yet tag attribution consistently, and a team of marketers who want AI in their workflow. Your job is to take the architecture defined by the VP, and make it real — instrumented, reliable, and used every day.
What you will own:
Marketing technology execution.
Day-to-day ownership of HubSpot and Salesforce admin, integrations, paid media platforms, and the reporting layer. Keep the stack running, keep the data clean. Attribution model — operate, instrument, and improve.
