Elevate the guest experience as Senior Manager of Premium Event Services at your local park. This role emphasizes high-quality service standards and hands-on leadership during key events.
Reporting to the VP of Hospitality, you will spearhead premium service initiatives across all catered and banquet events. Collaborating closely with the General Manager, Sales & Catering, and culinary teams, your focus will be on maintaining consistent service delivery and operational excellence. This client-facing position requires an on-site presence during significant events to foster relationships and facilitate service recovery when necessary.
