Requirements

• This position requires a strong technical perspective in project management, bringing proven experiences to elevate PMO methodologies, improve delivery consistency, and enable global visibility of the project portfolio
• Typically, 10+ years of experience in project/program management or PMO roles
• Proven experience driving PMO transformation, standardization, or capability building initiatives
• Strong, hands-on expertise in Smartsheet, including building dashboards, workflows, and reporting solutions
• Demonstrated experience training, coaching, and mentoring project and program managers
• Formal project management training or certifications preferred (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Agile, Six Sigma)
• Deep understanding of end-to-end project lifecycle, governance frameworks, and best practices
