Reporting to Director, Corporate Services, we are looking for a candidate to support senior management in strategic planning, resource management and overseeing the day-to-day running of the division.
You will be leading a team of corporate colleagues supporting Human Resource, Finance and Procurement related activities, as well as Talent development and Career Planning. In addition, you will manage regular reporting to HQ and lead projects/events initiated by the Institute.
This involves working closely with the core management team in managing the Institute overall budget and resources, liaising with the stakeholders in staff recruitment & onboarding, research manpower cost tracking and projections, talent retention, staff discipline and appraisal management.
