The Senior Manager, Operations Excellence, will support and drive the deployment of Operations Excellence capabilities across Southeast Asia, working closely with country operations leaders, solution design teams, and functional stakeholders.
The role focuses on standardisation, continuous improvement, operations engineering, and digital enablement, ensuring that global and regional standards are effectively implemented and sustained at site level.
Acting as a regional subject-matter expert and change agent, the incumbent will influence site and country teams to improve productivity, service quality, and operational robustness across the SEA Contract Logistics network.
