What is the opportunity? The Senior Manager, Operations Process Engineering will report to Director, Operations Process Engineering Practice & Optimization. You will lead large-scale process transformation initiatives, driving measurable business outcomes across Operations teams - Cash Services, Payments & Trade and Finance Shared Services. This role partners closely with process owners and senior stakeholders to optimize business processes from a client/employee experience, productivity, risk, and scalability lens.
