This is a rare opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to step into a highly visible leadership role overseeing complex payroll operations across multiple locations and business entities. Reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources and working closely with the Chief Financial Officer , you will play a key role in ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making across the organization. You'll inherit a stable and knowledgeable team of five payroll professionals , each with more than five years of tenure, allowing you to focus on leadership, process improvement, system optimization, and supporting the organization's continued growth.
