Essential Responsibilities:


  • Implement key people process, including talent and performance management.

  • Coach and develop leaders, offering insights on people, teams, and organizational growth.

  • Use data insights identify trends and influence evidence-based decisions for talent attraction, performance, and engagement.

  • Support change management initiatives for successful adoption of organizational changes.

  • -=Analyze organization effectiveness using data and feedback to assess people and organizational capability, providing consultation on how the organizational structure aligns with strategy and objective.

  • Partner with leadership to create solutions for HR challenges.
