PURPOSE OF POSITION As a strategic HR partner, you will collaborate closely with business leaders to integrate people practices into the broader business strategy. This role is ideal for a “builder‑doer” who thrives on both influencing at a strategic level and executing hands‑on programs that shape the employee experience. In addition, you will lead and develop members of the broader People & Culture team, supporting their growth while strengthening our operational foundations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
