Senior Manager (Platforms & Automation) / IT & Services

• Operations Management – Oversee the operations and maintenance of enterprise IT platforms (e.g. ServiceNow or equivalent helpdesk tools, M365/Intune, security services, Azure Virtual Desktop), ensuring high availability and reliability. Proactively monitor system performance, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and drive timely troubleshooting and resolution of incidents to minimise service disruption to Temasek Polytechnic users.
• Technology Management – Drive the adoption, optimisation and governance of enterprise technology platforms, including M365, Government Commercial Cloud (GCC), Azure, AWS and Google Workspace. Strengthen platform reliability through automation of provisioning, testing and deployment, reducing dependency on manual processes.
