What the role is: To build futures capabilities to support Workplace Policy and Strategy Division’s (WPSD) work and to shape a proactive medium‑term agenda by identifying emerging trends through horizon scanning, anticipating and red‑teaming future scenarios, and conducting scans on nascent policy options being discussed elsewhere.
What you will be working on: - Drive WPSD’s sense‑making capabilities on workplace policies by working with team supervisors, officers and external stakeholders on futures‑related research projects.
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends, weak signals, and disruptions that could impact workplace policies.
- Conduct scans on nascent policy options that are being developed in Singapore and overseas.
