Job Profile Summary As a Projects & Technical Specialist, this role will lead the development and execution of long-term asset management strategies by overseeing AEI and new development projects, optimizing asset performance, and driving key initiatives such as innovation, sustainability, and EHS compliance. With more new regulatory related to sustainability reporting and net zero targets, this role will take on to work closely with CDL Sustainability and GBDS (Green Building, Decarbonization & Safety) to develop strategies to achieve the ambitious targets by Year 2030. As a Senior Manager, you will need to provide greater leadership in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and vendor management, with autonomy in decision making and scaling solutions across assets.
