This role is responsible for driving growth across brokerage, bancassurance and financial adviser (FA) segments through developing effective relationship management, business partner engagement and sales enablement initiatives. Responsibilities

• Manage, nurture and build strong relationships with distributors while identifying and pursuing new and profitable partnerships.
• Develop existing distributors to broaden TLB's distribution.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on day-to-day enquiries on products, illustrations and sales techniques.
