Role Overview:
+ Manages the renewal process with existing clients, including developing the renewal strategy, negotiating the product, rates and benefits mix.
+ Develops reporting strategies and presentation materials that thoroughly represent Aon’s services and value proposition to the client.
+ Serves as a spokesperson for all departments of the company as needed to position most effectively to retain business, expand products offerings and/or create additional business opportunities.
+ Strengthens the organization’s relationship with clients by developing and executing proactive, creative and ongoing contact initiatives.
