Job Description
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition with strong exposure to global recruitment strategies and initiatives
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing end-to-end talent acquisition programs, including employer branding, candidate experience, and recruitment marketing.
- Strong background in leading strategic talent acquisition initiatives aligned with business goals, particularly in high-growth, technology, or manufacturing environments
- Skilled in utilizing HR systems and ATS platforms
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Amenable to working onsite in Quezon City
