Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

 

Drive leadership, talent and organizational development, succession and performance management implement all leadership and talent development programs, and support business transformation talent needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Japan HR Head to implement, or build where required, talent and leadership development strategy / concepts aligned to the needs of the market and/or business transformation talent needs.
  • Act as Market SPOC for Global talent team in regard to all Talent related topics
  • Partner closely with HRBPs to support consistent execution excellence of all talent programs in all locations. Upskill HR teams and business teams on core talent programs and initiatives.
