Programme Strategy and Planning Develop and manage an integrated program roadmap (for e.g retail , merchandising, enterprise systems and integration projects) and execution plan aligned with the overall D&T strategy. Define programme scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.
Execution and Delivery Management Drive end-to-end execution of multiple, interconnected technical projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. Monitor and track program progress, resolving cross-project dependencies and impediments.
