We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Manager to join our Financial Services team. You will build and design both the architecture and marketing strategy to lead an end-to-end lifecycle marketing program for Lightspeed financial services products across the funnel - from awareness to adoption to utilization.
What you’ll be doing:
Design and implement always-on lifecycle journeys across key stages (awareness, eligibility, adoption, utilization, renewal)
Build and own the underlying lifecycle architecture, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration and data flows
Transition marketing from batch campaigns to trigger-based, behavior-driven messaging
Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering to define audience segmentation, triggers, and activation strategies
