What You Will Do
Pillar 1: Demand Operations Team Leadership
- Set clear goals, KPIs, and track development plans for each associate
- Assist the team in navigating stakeholder management (e.g., to the marketing managers in the markets they service)
- Identify bottlenecks, process gaps, and training needs to drive operational efficiency improvements and support in optimizing them through better process or tools
- Push and challenge the team to consistently improve quality and performance of their deliverables; never settle for the status quo
Pillar 2: Regional Project Management
- Act as the single point of contact for cross-market campaign coordination, keeping all internal and external stakeholders aligned on scope, timelines, and deliverables
