Responsibilities:

• To support ZoomAhead strategies; COGS reduction, take charge to drive for cost saving initiatives. We have very strong pipelines of projects & opportunity to take the cost out without compromising the quality.
• Initiating projects caused by material obsoletion projects due to many unforeseen circumstances i.e. global critical material shortages, suppliers change to more ESG friendly materials, supplier relocation, ultra-low demand in the market, geopolitical issue, etc.
• Mitigating the supply risk by identifying potential alternatives (new material, specifications, supplier, process, technology, etc)
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, improve efficiency & productivity to meet department goals.
• Supporting supplier audits to new supplier’s facility to assess their technical capability & competency.
