• System Design: Lead the design of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and utility systems (compressed air, steam, chilled water) for sophisticated industrial facilities.

• Technical Leadership: Perform and review complex engineering calculations, including heat load analysis, pressure drop, and equipment sizing using industry-standard software.

• Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the mechanical scope of projects, ensuring designs are compliant with local Malaysian codes (UBBL) as well as international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA).

• Interdisciplinary Coordination: Work closely with Architects, Structural Engineers, and Process Engineers to ensure a seamless design-build integration.
