The individual will be responsible for mechanical design efforts across rotor systems, pressure-containing components, and auxiliary systems while supporting analysis, manufacturability, and testing.
Responsibilities
Lead the design of centrifugal compressor systems and major components.Design high-speed rotating assemblies, pressure casings, and structures.Perform engineering analysis including rotor dynamics, stress, fatigue, thermal performance, vibration, and modal analysis.Conduct bearing load calculations.Create detailed CAD models and manufacturing drawings with GD&T.Define specifications for bearings, seals, lubrication systems, and instrumentation.Collaborate with manufacturing and supp...
