Job Description
Responsibilities - Lead execution of HVAC plumbing drainage and fire‑fighting systems for high‑rise projects
- Manage site teams, subcontractors and junior engineers
- Oversee installation, testing and commissioning activities
- Review drawings, BOQs, material submittals and method statements
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure full compliance with DM, DCD, DEWA and project specifications
- Monitor project timelines, quality standards and site safety
- Identify risks and resolve technical issues proactively
Qualifications - 7–15 years of experience in MEP (high‑rise building projects mandatory)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong expertise in HVAC, plumbing, drainage and fire‑fighting systems
