Job Description Oversee mechanical design for process plant (Wastewater Treatment Plant, Water Treatment Plant, etc) including piping/valve/mechanical equipment calculation, specification & data sheet, piping/equipment layout, pipe/equipment support & platform, material take off, etc. Review the piping isometrics and as-built drawings. Provide mechanical input (such pipe loading, etc.) and coordinate with other disciplines (including the BIM modelling team) for the design, procurement, installation and T&C work. Technical review of equipment/piping/valve vendors' proposal and submission during procurement, detailed design and installation stages, support the procurement and tender work, including the cost estimation. Prepare the mechanical submissions and resubmissions to project consultants and client according to project schedule and clear the submittal comments.
