POSITION OVERVIEW
We invite applications from experienced Senior Medical Technologists to support laboratory operations across disciplines such as Biochemistry, Haematology, Immunology, Serology, Molecular Diagnostics, and Microbiology. You will perform complex testing, support quality systems, supervise junior staff, and ensure smooth daily operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform, validate, and troubleshoot laboratory tests and analytical instrumentsMaintain SOP compliance, safety standards, and accurate reporting (incl. critical values)Train, guide, and orientate junior staffSupport quality assurance, documentation, and continuous improvement initiativesAssist with workflow optimisation, specimen protocols, and LIS operationsParticipate in regulatory and accreditation audits (MOH, CAP)Any other duties as assigned by Laboratory Manager.Section Lead...
