Job Description
Join Our Team as Senior MEP Estimation Engineer Job Functions - Review tender BOQs, drawings, and specifications, performing accurate quantity take-offs for all MEP disciplines (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, and ELV systems).
- Solicit competitive quotes from subcontractors and vendors for materials, equipment, and MEP works.
- Develop preliminary and detailed cost estimates, incorporating labor, materials, equipment, subcontracting, and overheads.
- Prepare tender study reports by analysing project scope, technical requirements, and design details.
- Implement tender strategies as directed by the Estimation Manager.
- Compile technical and commercial bid documents, ensuring full compliance with tender specifications and contractual requirements.
