Responsibilities
Own the installation, monitoring, maintenance, and support of enterprise network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and SD-WAN appliances.Serve as an escalation point for complex (L3) network incidents; drive triage, containment, root-cause analysis, and corrective/preventative actions.Participate in an on-call rotation to support 24x7 network operations; lead incident response, stakeholder communications, and post-incident reviews to prevent recurrence.Lead hands-on office and data center network deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting across global locations, ensuring consistent standards and repeatable outcomes.Create implementation plans for network changes (scope, risk, validation, and rollback) and execute changes during approved maintenance windows.Maintain high-quality network documentation (diagrams, configs, standards, runbooks) that enables reliable operations and ...
