Responsibilities - Provide BAU network operations support (monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution)
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, wireless, load balancers, VPN)
- Support and deliver network projects and enhancements
- Monitor network performance and ensure availability and reliability
- Perform patching, firmware upgrades, and security configurations
