• Technical support and development for WLAN (WIFI solutions)
• Technical referent for WLAN
• Study and integration of WLAN projects and technical solutions
• WiFi coverage studies
• Incident handling, radio spectrum analysis, and configurations regarding WiFi infrastructures
• Maintenance in Operational Condition (MOC) of WLAN infrastructures (CORP & GUEST)
• Frontline support
• Technical support for users (Incidents, requests, etc…)
• Advise and deployment regarding WIFI solutions
• Audits and benchmarking
• RUN and maintenance of WiFI infrastructures
• Follow-up of Wifi Service and proposal of new solutions based on future needs
• Reporting and technical presentations towards the management.
