Responsibilities

• Handle network related activities including switch configurations
• Configuration and troubleshooting of network equipment (e.g. Cisco switch and routers)
• Perform configuration and implementation of network infrastructure (including routers, switches, servers, DWDM and network acceleration/QoS appliances)
• Installation and test and commissioning of network devices
• Monitoring of network performance and integrity
• Issues resolution and troubleshooting on network infrastructure
• Ensuring currency of network diagrams and support documentation (for as-built, configuration documentation and Quick Reference Guides)

Requirements

• Good understanding of network switching, routing and telephony protocols, LAN and WAN
