Position

We are looking for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our well-established CAMHS T4 Alternative to admission Day Hospital and Home Treatment service. This service provides interventions for young people with complex mental health issues requiring Tier‑4 level care, but who benefit from a more flexible, community‑based approach.

Responsibilities

• Assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of Occupational Therapy care plans for young people referred to the Berkshire CAMHS Phoenix Tier 4 alternative to admission Day Hospital and Home Treatment Service.
• Deliver care individually and in groups, on site at CAMHS Phoenix, in the young person’s home and via digital media.
• Work within a complex and variable setting without direct supervision, reporting to and collaborating with senior colleagues to deliver evidence‑based care.
