About the role

We are looking for a Senior Desktop Technician, to provide 2nd to 3rd level support of the customers End User Computing Environment.


This Environment includes:


  • Operating System and End Point Management client software
  • Nominated Fujitsu supported Applications and Peripherals.
  • PC systems and peripherals
  • Printer systems

    • This position reports to the Squad Manager and will be based onsite at the Fujitsu/customer office in Auckland region.


    Responsibilities and Accountabilities


    The key responsibilities and associated duties of the position fall into the following main areas:


  • Act as Level 2–3 escalation for end-user computing issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Own and manage incidents through to resolution, leveraging ITIL processes and service delivery standards.
