Senior Functional Support - 12 Month Contract

Requirements:

• Responsible for the testing of application capabilities following the upgrade to validate the functional effectiveness of the core OpenText Extended ECM platform.
• Identification of issues that require escalation to the Senior OpenText ECM for Oracle EBS specialist for assistance.
• Provide ad-hoc functional support to business users in support of daily operations.
