Job Description
Operational Leadership - Overseeing full operational performance across multiple country sites (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand)
- Ensure alignment of production, supply chain, quality and logistics with regional strategy
- Establish governance frameworks and standard operating procedures across sites
- Drive consistency in KPIs, reporting and operational excellence
Factory Transfer - Lead end-to-end factory relocation program, including planning, execution and stabilization
- Develop detailed transition roadmap covering asset transfer (machinery, tooling, inventory), workforce transition (redeployment, hiring, training) and supplier and logistics realignment
- Ensure zero/minimal disruption to production and customer commitments
- Manage site setup in Thailand (layout, capacity planning, regulatory approvals)
- Oversee ramp‑up, validation, and qualification of the new facility
