Roles and Responsibilities
1. Operational Performance Analysis &Optimisation Analyse end-to-end operational workflows across air freight, sea freight, haulage, and 3PL partners to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and root causes of service deviations. Develop and implement corrective action plans in collaboration with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams. Track the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend further refinements. 2. Data Integrity & DiagnosticReporting Own the accuracy and integrity of operational data within K-WEB and related systems. Move beyond standard reporting-diagnose trends, anomalies, and recurring exceptions translate findings into actionable insights for management. Design and maintain operational dashboards that provide real-time visibility into shipment volumes, on-time performance, and exception drivers. 3.
