Job Summary
This position is responsible and accountable for effectively managing the day to day operations / allocated contract sites and staff by providing the highest quality, compliant and professional security service to its customers that reflects well on the international Brand of G4S.
Main Accountabilities :
Ensures that the service is provided in accordance with the Client service agreement/assignment instructions and in accordance with the agreed company policies, procedures and instructions; including ISO and IT systems such as Javelin, etc.
Directly lead, manage / provide advice and guidance to / supervise / monitor to ensure that procedures and best practice are being followed at all times
Daily liaison with Ops Director and or delegate as required. Keeps Ops Director immediately informed of all significant incidents / cases.
