This role is responsible for leading day‑to‑day brokerage operations, including client onboarding, KYC/AML workflows, payment operations, CRM optimization, trading operations coordination, back‑office processes, risk coordination, and cross‑departmental execution. The ideal candidate must possess strong exposure to the FX/CFD industry with deep understanding of brokerage infrastructure, operational workflows, client lifecycle management, and operational controls. The candidate will work closely with Trading, Risk, Compliance, Finance, CRM, Technology, Customer Support, and Sales teams to ensure operational excellence across global markets.
