The Sr. Production Associate I is responsible for developing and revising standard operating procedures and work instructions in collaboration with cross‑functional teams as required.

• Carry out production activities that adhere to EHS and Quality guidelines, regulations, policies, procedures and 5S methodology; operate machines/equipment at the required specifications and ensure all materials are readily available.
• Develop and revise SOP and work instructions in collaboration with cross‑functional teams; support improvement efforts and assigned projects.
• Work in a team environment, liaise with cross‑functional teams on day‑to‑day operations, troubleshoot machines or equipment as needed, provide On‑Job‑Training for new hires and perform other duties as assigned.
