About the Role The Sr. Production Associate I supports production operations and is responsible for developing and revising standard operating procedures and work instructions in collaboration with cross‑functional teams. This on‑site role reports to the Team Leader, Production, and is located in Benoi Sector, Singapore.
In This Role - Carry out production activities adhering to EHS and quality guidelines, regulations, policies, procedures, and 5S methodology; operate machines at required specifications and ensure materials are available.
- Develop and revise SOPs and work instructions with cross‑functional teams; support improvement efforts and assigned projects.
- Work in a team environment, liaise with cross‑functional units on day‑to‑day operations, troubleshoot machines, provide on‑job training to new hires, and perform other duties as assigned.
