Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end order fulfillment processes in SAP, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and delivery.Monitor order status, inventory reconciliation, and return merchandise activities to maintain operational accuracy.Coordinate with warehouses, logistics partners, and service providers to optimize fulfillment operations and service levels.Prepare operational reports, maintain data accuracy, and support Certificate of Origin applications.Maintain engineering sample records, coordinate sample allocation and tracking, and support stakeholder inquiries.Follow up on outstanding actions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Support additional operational and administrative tasks as required.Pre-Requisites :
