Overview

Order Management and Logistics Analyst: ensure timely order fulfilment, from order entry to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate shipments. This role requires coordinating with various departments, optimizing logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the entire order fulfillment and logistics process, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers; strategic planning; managing inventory levels; leading a team to optimize logistics operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Technical Excellence: Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), and Route Optimization Software.
