**The Role:**


We are seeking a **Senior Paint Process Engineer** to provide technical leadership and hands on engineering support for paint manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, throughput, and cost performance across paint processes while supporting continuous improvement, new equipment and new technology. This role includes responsibility for leading and directing a small crew of GM UAW hourly employees, providing technical guidance, work direction, and support to ensure safe, high quality, and efficient production.


The ideal candidate brings deep paint process knowledge, strong problem solving skills, and the ability to lead complex cross functional efforts in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
